Upgrading your Plan
How to switch billing tiers, and how prorations and deferred downgrades are handled.

How to upgrade
Navigate to Settings → Billing, select your desired plan, and click Upgrade.
⚠️ Important: Upgrades and seat additions take effect immediately. You'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrades
If you downgrade or remove seats, the change is deferred. You retain access to your current features until the end of your billing cycle, at which point the new lower rate takes effect.
