Renewal Forecast, By Person, By Asset, and Spend by Cost Centre.

With the module on, the Reports section gains four software reports — Renewal Forecast, By Person, By Asset, and Spend by Cost Centre — each printable and CSV-exportable.

When the Software module is on, four reports appear in the Reports section.

The four reports

  • —Software Renewal Forecast — projected renewal cost by year (1, 3, 5, or 10-year horizon). Monthly contracts appear in every year; perpetual licences are excluded.
  • —Software by Person — every title a person holds, with cost and renewal date.
  • —Software by Asset — the same view, grouped by device.
  • —Software Spend by Cost Centre — annual spend grouped by cost centre, reconciling with the dashboard.

Every report supports Print and CSV export.

💡 Tip: Run the Renewal Forecast at budget time to hand finance a clean year-by-year view of upcoming software spend.
