Enabling Software License Tracking
Software license tracking is included on every plan. Here is how an admin turns it on.

Software license tracking is part of every DREAM plan, switched off by default so your sidebar stays focused on what you use. An admin turns it on whenever you are ready.
How to turn it on

Open Settings
Go to Settings. The Software toggle is admin-only.

Switch on the Software Module
Find the Software Module card and toggle it on. The Software section appears in your sidebar immediately.

Decide who manages it
Editors and admins can add software and manage seats. Viewers get read-only access to the Software dashboard.
ℹ️ Note: Unlike the Vehicle and Consumables & Issuance modules, Software is not a paid add-on — it comes with every subscription at no extra cost.
