Open the title
From Software, open the title to see its seats table.

Add seats
Add seats and pick a person or a device (asset) for each, depending on how the title was set up.

Bulk-assign
Use the multi-assign picker to add several at once, or Add everyone for org-wide tools.
Reassigning and reclaiming
To move a seat, remove it and re-add it to the new holder. When someone leaves or a device is disposed, the seat is not removed automatically — instead it shows as a stranded seat on the dashboard, so you can decide whether to reclaim it.
ℹ️ Note: A single title assigns seats to people or devices — never a mix. The choice is made once, when the title is created.
